How we can help
Matt is the British founder of Chile Investments and has lived permanently in Chile since 2007. Based in the Colchagua Valley and fluent in Spanish, he combines his work as an English-speaking real-estate consultant with first-hand experience as a property investor and boutique winery owner.
He has bought and renovated properties in Santiago and Valparaíso, and developed La Despensa’s vineyard, winery and tourism business in Colchagua. That practical experience shapes his advice to buyers: understanding how a property will work for them, what needs checking and what owning it will involve.
